Well, this is one of the designs contributed by Vignesh, a student of Thiagaraja College to freepcb.com, which is a free, open-source printed circuit board layout editor for Microsoft Windows, released under the GNU General Public License. It was designed to be easy to learn and easy to use, yet capable of professional-quality work.

Vignesh, a student from Madurai had contributed to this forum and I thought it is recognizable! Well, you are wondering - lot of people are contributing to GNU, from Madurai, but why this guy?! I thought this is different because it is not a software he had contributed.
