Later in a span of 3 years, you could build a club or a social place in Madurai, where in people can subscribe for membership and enjoy the benefits of the club membership like - social networking, restaurant, swimming pool, theatres, play area, open lawn, bar, entertainment, auditoriums etc.,
Since people in Madurai need time to relax, enjoy, get entertained due to lot of stress in their life, they will need clubs and amusement parks.
Think about it now. Build it later - you will benefit like anything...
